Yes! All our Koala Runners are verified, trained, and tracked.

We share live updates, queue photos, and proof of task completion. Your privacy and security matter to us.

• Credit/debit card (via site)
• Cash (case-by-case)

Invoices or receipts available on request.

Yes, we recommend at least 12 hours' notice. For same-day or urgent tasks, we’ll do our best — but availability may vary.

We don’t handle:

• Cash handling >$50
• Unattended minors/elderly
• Hazardous materials or controlled goods
• Anything requiring personal or legal responsibility
